Author-Illustrator Victoria Jamieson Critique

Updated: Aug 11, 2018

Newbery Honor winner Victoria Jamieson attended the Rhode Island School of Design, but soon found herself drawn back towards illustration instead of animation. After graduation and a slew of ill-fated careers (including a portrait artist on a Carnival Cruise ship and a conductor of illegal tours through the Vatican Museums), she began working as a book designer with HarperCollins Children's Books in New York. Her graphic novel, ROLLER GIRL won the Newbery Honor.

Offering a written critique of a picture book manuscript or dummy or the first ten pages of a middle grade manuscript within 4-6 weeks.
